equally important to me. I have found passion in both cycling and yoga because they unify the unique qualities of physical, mental and emotional health. I have received both my spinning certification as well as my 200 hour yoga alliance certified teacher training. I was fortunate to travel to Canada to receive my yoga training as well as get certified and licensed to teach Spynga here in the United States. Meeting the owners of Spynga, Sari Nisker and Casey Soer, has been both enlightening and inspirational for me. Their teachings and support continue to provide me with strength and encouragement that I use everyday in my life.
